Kavitha gets EC nod for T’gana Rakshana Sena

Former Telangana MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha's newly-launched political party will be called 'Telangana Rakshana Sena', as approved by the Election Commission of India. The name differs from the one she initially announced, 'Telangana Rashtra Sena', which was not among the five names proposed to the ECI seeking approval and registration. Kavitha received a communication from the ECI approving the new name and has been asked to issue public notifications in newspapers.
