Kerala power crisis: Minister denies ‘load shedding’ reports

Kerala's power minister denied reports of load shedding due to high electricity consumption, citing "power dripping" as the cause. The minister convened a meeting of top Kerala State Electricity Board officials and clarified that there is no load shedding in the state at the moment. Disruptions are being caused by overuse in certain areas, mainly due to heavy use of air-conditioners and electric vehicles.
