Leopard attack suspected in deaths of four cheetah cubs at Kuno National Park: Officials

Four-month-old cheetah cubs found dead near Kuno National Park in Madhya Pradesh's Sheopur district are suspected to have been killed by a leopard. The cubs, born to cheetah KGP12, were found dead outside the protected forest with their bodies partially eaten. A post-mortem report is pending, but officials believe a leopard was responsible based on the attack pattern and feeding. The mother cheetah is safe and healthy, and the park's remaining 50 cheetahs, including 33 Indian-born individuals, are healthy and doing well.
