Manipur CM Yumnam seeks to remove Kuki-Naga trust deficit

Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh visited several villages in Ukhrul district as part of a mission to remove the trust deficit between the Kuki and Tangkhul Naga communities. Clashes have occurred intermittently in the Litan area of the district since trouble began after a Kuki group allegedly assaulted a Tangkhul man. The Chief Minister's visit aims to address the ongoing issues between the two communities.
