Minimal vehicles in CM's convoy; people should not be troubled: VD Satheesan

Kerala Chief Minister-designate V D Satheesan has limited his convoy to the minimum possible vehicles, in contrast to his predecessor's large motorcade. He has also asked the police to provide the minimum possible security convoy and not trouble people on the road when he travels. Satheesan will use whatever vehicle is available, irrespective of its colour, and will not buy a new official car. He believes that reducing extravagance is essential, especially when the state's financial position is bad.
