Mosquito menace in Tamil Nadu: Madras High Court orders State-wide survey to identify hotspots

The Madras High Court has directed the Tamil Nadu government to conduct a comprehensive survey throughout the State to identify hotspots of water stagnation and mosquito breeding. The survey is to be conducted within four weeks in association with the State health department, in addition to measures already being taken by municipal corporations, municipalities, and panchayats.
