Mysuru scientist appointed to FSSAI’s top national committee

The Union government has appointed an academic from a city to a high-level committee under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) on Rapid Analytical Food Testing. The academic is among nine experts selected from across the country and brings expertise in agricultural microbial biotechnology, applied secondary metabolomics, and rapid detection kit development.
