Delhi woman rape and murder case: Rajasthan police probing rape charge against accused man

A 19-year-old man arrested in Delhi's Dwarka is a serial offender who had committed a rape in Rajasthan's Alwar. He was arrested in Delhi after allegedly committing a rape and murder in the Kailash Hills area. Rajasthan Police have formed a special team to investigate the rape charge against him in Alwar.
