New fire station planned in Rayapudi to combat frequent accidents in Amaravati

A fire station is being established at Rayapudi in the Amaravati Capital region of Andhra Pradesh in response to frequent fire accidents. The Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Response and Fire Services Department has directed construction companies to ensure proper fire safety measures at their sites. Fire accidents are primarily caused by prolonged stocking of materials, poor maintenance, lack of water supply, and absence of firefighting equipment at construction yards.
