Nine dead after fire erupts on 2nd floor in Delhi

A massive fire in Vivek Vihar, Delhi, killed nine people and injured several others. The blaze, suspected to be caused by a short circuit, engulfed a four-storey building, with rescue teams saving over 10 people.
