OpenAI now lets teams make custom bots that can do work on their own

OpenAI is giving users of its Business, Enterprise, Edu, and Teachers plans access to cloud-based "workspace" agents in ChatGPT that can perform business tasks. These agents can gather context, follow team processes, and keep work moving across tools. They can be shared within organizations and improved over time. The agents are an evolution of OpenAI's custom chatbots, known as GPTs, which will remain available while teams test the new workspace agents.
