Paramount-Warner Bros. Discovery Will Be 38.5% Owned by Middle Eastern Funds Following Close: Filing

Paramount Skydance, the merged Paramount-Warner Bros. Discovery, will be 49.5% owned by foreign investors. A trio of Middle Eastern funds will hold about 38.5% of the equity, with Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund owning 15.1%, the United Arab Emirates' sovereign wealth fund owning 12.8%, and the Qatar Investment Authority owning 10.6%. The remaining foreign ownership will come from existing investors in Paramount Skydance and/or RedBird.
