PM Modi's jhalmuri reel hits 100mn, Mamata notes ‘cameras were there already' for ‘scripted drama’

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi's unscheduled stop to buy jhalmuri in Jhargram, calling it a scripted episode. She pointed out the presence of cameras and claimed the Special Protection Group arranged the whole thing. Banerjee also questioned the prime minister's payment mode, saying he was seen carrying a ₹10 note and insisted the shopkeeper accept it despite being denied.
