Opening of ‘polling material room’ in Kozhikode kicks up a row

EVMs used in the recently concluded Assembly elections are stored at the JDT Islam Complex in Kozhikode city. The complex houses EVMs from six Assembly segments in the district. A room at the complex was opened, containing only election materials, with the knowledge of political party agents to collect data for updating the poll software.
