Popemobile child clinic yet to reach Gaza one year after Francis's death

Pope Francis' last wish to convert his popemobile into a mobile clinic for children in Gaza remains unfulfilled. The popemobile, refitted for trauma care and vaccinations, was kept on display in Bethlehem but remains in a glass case due to Israeli authorities' new "security and transparency" requirements. Caritas Jerusalem is in dialogue with the authorities to process a permit for the Vehicle of Hope project.
