Rajasthan’s Bhagat Ki Kothi to get India’s first Vande Bharat Sleeper train maintenance depot

A maintenance depot for the Vande Bharat Sleeper train is being developed at Bhagat Ki Kothi in Rajasthan. The facility is being built in a phased manner at an estimated cost. It will have maintenance facilities for the Vande Bharat Sleeper train and other trains. The depot is currently under construction under the Technology Partner Scheme, involving a strategic collaboration between Indian Railways, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, and Kinet Railway Solutions.
