Robert Vadra moves Delhi HC against summons in Haryana land deal case

Robert Vadra has moved the Delhi high court challenging the trial court's order in a money laundering case related to alleged irregularities in a land deal in Haryana's Shikohpur. Vadra contends that the transaction was purely commercial in nature and that there was no illegality involved. The trial court had taken cognisance of the Enforcement Directorate's charge sheet and issued summons to Vadra, who is required to appear before it on May 16.
