Rs.10.55 lakh fines imposed for mobile phone and siren misuse in Malkajgiri

Malkajgiri traffic police in Hyderabad conducted a special enforcement drive targeting motorists using mobile phones while driving and vehicles with unauthorised sirens. A total of cases were booked, resulting in fines amounting to Rs. 10.55 lakh. The drive focused on major junctions and accident-prone areas to address motorists' use of cell phones while driving and siren misuse.
