Russia scales back Moscow Victory Day parade, blaming threat from Ukraine

Russia's Victory Day parade in Moscow will be scaled back this year due to a "terrorist threat" from Ukraine. The Kremlin has taken measures to minimise the danger, with military vehicles and cadets not participating in the parade. The parade will still be held on the Red Square and will feature a colourful fly-past, representatives of all branches of Russia's armed forces, and footage of Russian military personnel in the special military operation zone.
