SCOOP: Abhay Pannu signed to direct the FIRST HORROR film in the history of Yash Raj Films

Yash Raj Films has signed filmmaker Abhay Pannu to direct a horror film, marking the studio's first foray into the genre in 50 years. Pannu, known for creating the critically acclaimed series Rocket Boys, has also developed the script for the project. The yet untitled film is scheduled to go on floors later in 2026, expanding YRF's storytelling canvas across genres and formats.
