Supreme Court refuses to protect Pawan Khera, asks him to move Assam court for anticipatory bail

This is in connection with an FIR filed by Riniki Bhuyan Sharma, wife of Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, over allegations of holding multiple passports. The court stated that the Assam court would not be influenced by previous court orders.
