Telangana HC refuses to interfere in Velugumatla demolitions

The Telangana High Court has refused to grant interim relief against demolitions on Bhoodan lands in Khammam district, dismissing an appeal at the admission stage. The court found no grounds to intervene and dismissed the appeal, noting the State's submission on rehabilitation and infrastructure support for displaced persons. The State had conducted a detailed enquiry and undertaken rehabilitation measures, allotting house sites and houses to beneficiaries within the Bhoodan land and their respective villages.
