T’gana RTC strike ends, state accepts majority of demands

Employees of the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) called off their three-day strike after marathon talks between the employees' joint action committee and the state government. The state government agreed to the majority of the employees' demands, including pay revision and the merger of RTC with the state transport department. Over 6,000 buses returned to the roads with employees back on the job from the first shift.
