Trader booked for duping farmers, youngster in Adilabad

Adilabad police arrested a trader for allegedly cheating farmers by refusing to pay for cotton procured from them and also accused of cheating a youngster under the guise of providing jobs. A case has been registered and an investigation has been launched.
