Voting percentage in West Bengal 2026: Over 61% polling recorded till 1 pm

Voting percentage in West Bengal has been on the higher side for the assembly elections, with the first phase witnessing a record turnout of 93.19 per cent, the highest ever in West Bengal. Polling for the second phase has recorded a voting percentage of 61.11 per cent till 1 pm, with various districts showing different percentages, including Hooghly at 64.57 per cent and Kolkata South at 57.73 per cent.
