Pakistan national cricket team's fast bowler Hasan Ali suffered a head injury while trying to stop a catch at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on Day 1 of the ongoing second and final Test against Bangladesh. He crashed onto the pitch and stayed down holding his head.
