Yellow, Pink metro lines to spur realty prices: Report

The Yellow Line of Namma Metro has improved connectivity to key employment hubs in South Bengaluru, including Electronics City, Hosur Road, and Bommasandra. The Pink Line, expected to be operational in phases, will further decongest catchment areas and improve access to commercial, residential, and industrial zones along the stretch, including Bannerghatta Road, J.P. Nagar, Shivajinagar, and Nagawara.
