Young musicians shine at Rotary’s Thalir Kala Awards

The Rotary Club of Chennai Carnatic Thalir Kala Awards were held at Vani Mahal in T. Nagar. Young classical musicians participated in the event, competing in two age groups across vocal and instrumental categories, including string and wind instruments. The initiative aims to inspire the younger generation to engage with classical traditions, considering Carnatic music as a living heritage that must be experienced and practiced.
