22 Buddhist monks arrested at airport after record drug bust

Sri Lankan Buddhist monks returning from Thailand were arrested at the main international airport with a large quantity of cannabis hidden in their luggage. The monks, mostly young students, had been on a holiday sponsored by a businessman and were carrying the narcotic concealed within false walls in their luggage.
