KSEB forms technical panel to study replacement of penstocks, butterfly valves at Poringalkuthu hydel project

A report has recommended the replacement of penstock pipes and allied structures at the Poringalkuthu hydro electric project in Thrissur district. The Kerala State Electricity Board has constituted a nine-member technical panel to evaluate this recommendation and inspect the structures, including penstocks and butterfly valves, which carry water from the water source to the turbines.
