Adani Power expands into nuclear sector with new subsidiary

Adani Power Limited has formed a new step-down subsidiary, Rawatbhata-Raj Atomic Energy Ltd, through Adani Atomic Energy Limited, expanding its presence in the nuclear energy sector. The new entity, wholly-owned by Adani Atomic Energy Limited, will operate in the nuclear energy segment and engage in the generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity derived from atomic energy. This move aligns with India's long-term clean energy ambitions.
