BCCI fines Rajasthan Royals manager Bhinder ₹1 lakh for PMOA protocol breach, issues warning

BCCI has fined Rajasthan Royals team manager for breaching PMOA protocol by using his phone in the dugout. A warning was also issued following an unsatisfactory response to the board's showcause notice. The breach occurred during an IPL match between Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Guwahati.
