Cash rains down Mohali high-rise during ED raid in realty fraud case

Cash was thrown from a ninth-floor window of a luxury high-rise in Mohali during an Enforcement Directorate (ED) raid in a realty fraud case. The ED conducted simultaneous searches at 12 locations across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Patiala as part of a probe targeting builders and facilitators accused of obtaining change of land use licences through fraudulent means and defaulting on government fees. ED officials secured the area and took possession of the cash after it scattered across the society grounds.
