Court denies interim relief to Nida Khan in TCS Nashik case

A Nashik court has refused to grant interim anticipatory bail to Nida Khan, one of eight employees accused in a case of alleged sexual abuse, harassment, and religious coercion at a Tata Consultancy Services-linked BPO. The court has issued notices to the investigating officer and the complainant's counsel, seeking written submissions by April 27, when the anticipatory bail plea will be heard. The police are now free to arrest Khan.
