Delhi HC appoints amicus to represent AAP leaders

Delhi High Court judge Swarana Kanta Sharma has decided to appoint three senior advocates as amicus curiae to represent former CM Arvind Kejriwal, former deputy CM Manish Sisodia and AAP leader Durgesh Pathak in the Central Bureau of Investigation's appeal against their discharge in the excise policy case. This decision comes after the trio chose not to appear in court. The judge will appoint the amicus curiae on Friday and then hear the CBI's argument
