Tamil Nadu election: TVK supporter arrested in Tirupattur for filming himself casting vote

A supporter of the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam was arrested by the Kandali police in Tirupattur district for taking a video of himself casting a vote inside a polling booth and sharing it on social media. The arrested person was identified as a native of Kunichi village, which falls under the Kandali panchayat union of the Tirupattur Assembly constituency. He was previously a deputy organiser in the Kandali panchayat union.
