Gutkha to weed to party pills, then real estate: Indian gangster Salim Dola, with Dawood link, held in Turkey

Salim Dola, an alleged mastermind behind a synthetic drug manufacturing and supply cartel, started selling gutkha and has a connection to Dawood Ibrahim. He was detained in Turkey's Istanbul following a joint operation by Turkish national intelligence and local police units based on an Interpol red corner notice issued by India's Central Bureau of Investigation. Dola was wanted by the Mumbai police for a major narcotics case.
