Hatsun loses cases against Patanjali over Aarogya biscuits

The Madras High Court has dismissed a case filed by Hatsun Agro Product Limited against Patanjali Biscuits Private Limited. The case was regarding trademark infringement, specifically the use of the brand name 'Patanjali Aarogya' by Patanjali Biscuits. A Division Bench of Justices P. Velmurugan and K. Govindarajan Thilakavadi rejected the appeal filed by Hatsun.
