India-flagged vessels start sailing out of Hormuz

Indian ships stranded in the Persian Gulf have started sailing out of the Strait of Hormuz. These ships, which are critical to India's energy needs, were carrying crude oil. They were previously unable to pass through the Strait, but have now been able to do so.
