Manipur again on the boil around them, bodies of two children wait for ‘justice’

Tomthin, a five-year-old, and his five-month-old sister Yaisana died instantly when a rocket-propelled shell exploded in their room at their grandparents' home in Bishnupur's Tronglaobi Awang Leikai village. The siblings' bodies have been lying at a morgue in Imphal for two weeks, awaiting justice. Five suspected cadres of the United Kuki National Army have been arrested and their role is being investigated.
