NCW takes suo motu cognisance of Pune minor’s rape-murder

The National Commission for Women (NCW) has taken suo motu cognisance of the rape and murder of a four-year-old girl in Pune's Nasrapur area. NCW Chairperson urged the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights to monitor the investigation and ensure strict punishment.
