‘Operation Night Safety’ drive: Anantapur police book 34 drunken driving cases, 91 for open drinking

Superintendent of Police supervised the 'Operation Night Safety' drive in Anantapur city late on Saturday night. The police booked cases of drunken driving and consuming alcohol in open places. Checks were conducted at various locations including Sapthagiri Circle, Tower Clock junction, and the RTC bus stand. Motorists were spoken to about the dangers of drunken driving and the need to follow traffic rules.
