Renaming places in Arunachal is part of China's cultural expansion

The Modi government has rejected China's latest renaming of 23 places in Arunachal Pradesh, indicating Beijing's priority on land claims over economic cooperation with India. China has renamed 82 cities and geographical regions in Arunachal Pradesh since 2017, claiming the area as part of South Tibet. India's trade deficit with China stands over 150 billion dollars, including trade with Hong Kong
