A documentary titled A Story That Refused To Die was screened at Mumbai's Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre on the sixth death anniversary of Irrfan Khan. The 47-minute-long documentary highlights the making of Irrfan's acclaimed film, Haasil. After the screening, a conversation was held between the director Tigmanshu Dhulia and Irrfan's close filmmaker friend Vishal Bhardwaj. Tigmanshu Dhulia revealed that Haasil's producer refused to send the film for the National Awards due to a disagreement.
