Supreme Court refuses to entertain plea seeking guidelines for display of Ashoka Chakra

The Supreme Court has refused to entertain a plea seeking guidelines for the display of the Ashoka Chakra on the national flag. A Bench of the Chief Justice of India and Justices told the petitioner to do something constructive for society, stating that the idea is good but it is now for the authorities to decide what to do.
