SXSW Horror Film ‘Monitor’ Picked Up by Searchlight Pictures

Searchlight Pictures has acquired the U.S. distribution rights to Monitor, a horror feature from directors Matt Black and Ryan Polly. The movie made its world premiere in March at SXSW in its Midnighter section. It stars Brittany O'Grady as a content moderator who is hunted by an evil force after flagging a mysterious video. The cast includes Taz Skylar, Viveik Karla, Ines Høysæter Asserson, Gunner Willis, Sara Alexander, and Camila Bejarano Wahlgren
