Telangana RTC strike | A transport system stuck in breakdown mode

This has happened before as Telangana State Road Transport Corporation workers are on strike, pressing for the fulfilment of 32 demands. The most contentious demand is the absorption of employees into government service, a long-standing issue still unresolved. The crisis is reminiscent of a previous strike that brought public transport to a standstill.
