Karnataka High Court upholds cancellation of school’s recognition for producing fake certificate and illegally running madarasa

The Karnataka High Court has upheld the State government's decision to cancel the recognition of a private school. The school's society had submitted a fake certificate claiming its registration in 1979 under the Maharashtra Societies Registration Act. The State education authorities found the society operating schools under one recognition and crediting fees to different accounts, as well as running a madarasa illegally within the same campus.
