Raghav Chadha, 6 other Rajya Sabha MPs exit AAP to join BJP, desert Kejriwal

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has been hit by a major crisis as seven of its 10 Rajya Sabha members, including Raghav Chadha, Ashok Mittal and Sandeep Pathak, have quit the party and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP. The seven members, six of whom belong to Punjab, have submitted a signed letter and documents to the Rajya Sabha chairman, exercising provisions of the Constitution of India to merge with the BJP.
