TMC cries foul over ‘selective FIR’ against Abhishek Banerjee

TMC leader Tanmoy Ghosh has cried foul play over an FIR registered against TMC General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee for allegedly making inflammatory statements ahead of elections. Ghosh claims that such selective FIRs are unacceptable and should apply to everyone, not just Banerjee. The FIR was registered at the Bidhannagar North Cyber Crime Police Station for remarks regarding the playing of DJs and statements against Union Home Minister.
